ERS Medical launches patient surveys online
ERS Medical is constantly striving for ‘best practice’ and we use patient feedback as an effective tool for suggestions on how to improve on our services.
In order to make our survey as accessible as possible we have now made our surveys available online to allow patients and their family and carers to be able to provide valuable feedback via our website. The surveys will also still be available as freepost hard copies on board our ambulances for those who prefer this method or who don’t have access to the internet.
ERS Medical says: “By launching our services online we hope to open up the opportunities wider for our patients to provide feedback. Completing the form while still on board isn’t always appropriate so this provides another avenue for patient’s to feedback to us. We welcome all comments and suggestions from our patients to ensure we are continually improving our service to best suit their needs.”
