ERS Medical is pleased to announce the launch of its new dedicated 24 hour number for mental health transport bookings as part of the continued expansion of its specialist mental health patient transport service:

With immediate effect, customers wishing to book this specialist service can call the above number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All calls are answered by dedicated call handlers who are experienced in our mental health booking process, risk assessment and who understand our customer’s requirements.
ERS Medical provides a national urgent response service for the safe transportation of patients with mental health illness. All transport requirements are met with highly trained, dedicated staff and patient friendly vehicles to ensure a safe and dignified transfer of service users.

This recent launch complements ERS Medical’s ongoing investment in its mental health service offering. It offers specialist mental health trained crews available from multiple locations across the country including Plymouth, Slough, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Nottingham.
