Supporting ‘STOPTOBER’ with Southern Health!
The ERS Medical team at Southampton is working with the Southern Health NHS Trust on their ‘Quit for life’ campaign this October.
To show their support, our team is advertising the “Stoptober” logo on vehicles used in the area. The vehicles will cover the Hampshire area on our normal Courier routes and will spread the message to as many people as possible until the end of October.
Stoptober is a Public Health England campaign to help people stop smoking during the month of October as by not smoking for 28 days, smokers are five times more likely to quit for good. Signing up for October is free. visit the NHS Stoptober site. Once you have registered you will receive free support to help you quit.
