Putting employees back in control of when they get paid
ERS Medical has teamed with Wagestream a financial service company to introduce a new income-streaming app that allows staff members to access their pay when they need it.
ERS Medical decided to team with Wagestream after seeing how income streaming has helped the financial well-being of many employees in the healthcare industry.
By implementing Wagestream ERS Medical are giving employees complete control over when they get paid. It effectively ends the need for employer advances, loans and the stress caused by short-term, unplanned financial obligations.
How does it work?
The Wagestream app gives employees access to their wages in real-time putting workers back in control of their earned income.
This means that staff can stream a percentage of their earnings any day of the month for a flat fee of £1.75 per transaction.
There are no loans involved, meaning no interest is charged, just access to earnings.
By using this payday formula, ERS hopes to eliminate the financial stress caused by the outdated payday cycle and improve staff retention and productivity in the process.
